Fuego EV is superbly bred and aims to be an International Dressage Champion of the future. URANIO III is his sire, bred by the famous Candau stud and is from the famous Legionario XIX line, one of the most prestigious lines in Spain.
Fuego EV’s pedigree has produced has International Grand Prix dressage horses on both sides. GAUCHO III was shortlisted for the American team in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, unfortunately during the vet examination at the CDI selection trials he injured himself and was therefore withdrawn. GAUCHO’s half-brother, INVASOR II, won a silver medal at the Athens Olympics.
Fuego’s sire, Uranio, has competed at international level on the Spanish Sunshine Tour and has also won at Grand Prix in England.
Fuego is currently being trained in Spain with the Spanish national Champion and Grand Prix rider, Juan Lecina. He is proving to be very easy to ride with excellent uphill paces, a true gentlemen and his temperament appears to be superb.
Fuego would be an ideal stallion breeding dressage horses, coloured horses and pleasure horses. He has great paces and a lovely temperament. Fuego is grey but he does carry the rare pearl gene, so there is a 50% chance of him passing this on to his offspring.
Fuego is suitable for all breeds of horse.
